Our services can be broken down into 3 broad categories:

Design, Manufacture & Consignment

Design

Working with the client we can establish a set of design criteria for your polystyrene non-slip and anti-skid tray liner that is tailor-made for your requirements: this may involve a combination of various weights or thickness choices, sizes and finishes along with the all important consideration of surface design. We are able to offer you inhouse printing of up to 4 colours with various screen resolutions. This allows you to brand your non-slip tray liner in line with corporate identity guidelines that you may have. We can also suggest various colours of substrate too.

Manufacture

The manufacture of the non-slip tray liner is our main service and we have perfected our current system over the 15 years that we have been operating. At its most basic the process involves the extrusion of the raw material, polystyrene granules, by using blowing and nucleating agents to form the familiar thin film. Once the resulting roll is ready this is passed through our printing press where the surface design is applied using a flexographic process. Post-printing, the polystyrene mats are cut to size using custom dies to achieve corner finishes as required. The finished non-slip mats are then passed on to our packing and palletising unit where material is prepared for consignment.
